Chairman
ABC Estates' founder, Arthur Bookbinder has been active in residential
letting for more than four decades. In this time he has developed
the family enterprise into a commercially successful business based
on sound family ethics. The impressive knowledge he possesses underpins
his membership as a Fellow of the NAEA, and as a founding member of
the NAEA Residential Committee, he is highly respected throughout
the industry; having taken an active role in establishing the North
West Landlords Association, of which he is currently President. As
a member of the British Property Federation, he serves on the National
Residential Sub-Committee, and has been consulted on housing policy
by the Government. He has acted in an advisory capacity for estates
agency training organisations, and works as a consultant within the
property sector. Mr Bookbinder's extensive knowledge and detailed
understanding of property law is a huge asset to the Company and for
landlords and tenants alike. He represents many individuals in property
legal matters without the need for solicitors, who often turn to him
for advice, coupled with an exceptional record of successful court
cases. Landlords throughout South Manchester are benefiting from the
expertise of Mr Bookbinder, and with his experience being shared throughout
the Company, he is understandably proud of this.
