- necessary repairs
to make the property fit for letting
- any
specific action, such as a bespoke advert, to actively promote your
property for letting
Once
let we will:
- Advise
you of income on a monthly basis
- Provide
clear accounts of gross rent, charges and amounts payable
- Make
payments into your nominated account
- Advise
you of potential costs for maintenance repair work, as necessary
Once
vacant we will:
- Inspect
the property for damage caused or missing inventory items
- Make
deductions for damage prior to release of deposit
