Having worked for ABC Estates for many years Christine's Residential Property Management role is extensive. Amongst other things, she is responsible for the rent roll, which as all landlords know is an important constant task; having a keen eye for detail Christine is quick to respond to rental issues. With experience in the preparation of Housing Act notices, court documents and appearances, Christine is fully conversant with the finer points of managing property income. Qualified to ARLA Level II, and a Fellow of the NAEA, her knowledge and friendly approach allow her to deal with sensitive issues in a confident but considerate manner, resolving then quickly and efficiently. This allows her to continue to provide the high quality of service ABC Estates clients are accustomed too.
