Gavin has a wealth of property management experience and has worked for a number of high profiled companies, managing a variety of property portfolios. He has experience in Block Management of Long Leasehold apartments and in the past specialised in rack rented and regulated tenancies. Gavin's' varied role within ABC Estates has enabled him to establish a confident and extensive understanding of the local markets, perfectly poised to advise Landlords accordingly. One of his success stories has been the development and professional management of a private individual's Property portfolio, from a single apartment to a mixture of properties in the Didsbury area.
