Management Surveyor required
Based in South Manchester

POSITION: Full or part-time
SALARY: Negotiable
LOCATION: South Manchester Based

Job Description
We require a general practice surveyor specialising in commercial activity, to join our expanding team. You will be fully conversant in all general practice duties and able to achieve the deliverables below and possess the attributes outlined.

Key Deliverables:

Effective communication skills
Maintenance of database in an accurate and timely manner
To provide clear and concise reports as and when required
Managing your own portfolio of properties

Essential skills and qualifications:

Managing landlord and tenant relationships
General and planned maintenance including compliance with Health & Safety and other statutory obligations
Dealing with licences to assign, alter and to underlet
Service charge budgeting and monitoring
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Adding value to the clients properties

To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent negotiation and report writing skills, the ability to communicate positively and effectively, and possess effective time management skills.
