We will include a full rental potential assessment which will give you a complete and clear understanding of the local market rents, demand levels, and the relevant costs which you are likely to incur. You will then be able to make an informed judgement based not on a sales brochure, but from a face to face meeting with a representative of ABC Estates and the straightforward advice we offer.

Advice on rentals and legislation, both initially and ongoing during period of management
Photographs / To Let board, as required
Regular general advertising to attract prospective tenant enquiries
Accompanied viewing of property with prospective tenants
Tenant referencing
Preparing and signing appropriate tenancy agreement
