Simon Dingle BSc (Hons) MRICS
Management Surveyor

Graduated at Salford University with a BSc (hons) degree in Property Management & Investment and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he joins the company having previously worked both client-side for a multi national retailer and within private practice. He is local surveyor having lived and worked in the North West for over 10 years and specialises in commercial property. His past experience includes carrying out valuations for private developers and high street banks. He has also acted for both landlords and tenants in undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals on a range of commercial property types and has successfully represented clients at third party. He has helped clients to secure substantial reductions in rateable value by negotiating directly with the District Valuer as well as representing clients at Valuation Tribunal. His experience also extends to preparing schedules of condition for attaching to leases as well as providing landlord and tenant advice on a range of commercial property issues.
